Hi, I'm Umut Ali Uçar
I hold a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Yıldız Technical University and an M.Sc. in Management Information Systems from Marmara University. I started my career in 2006 as a software developer at KoçZer — progressing through senior developer, project manager, e-commerce project manager, software unit manager, and Agile Coach roles. After serving as software manager, Scrum Master and Product Owner at Otokoç Otomotiv, I founded AgileKoç to turn everything I had learned in the field into concrete outputs.
I learned Agile through dozens of real sprints — not just from books. This platform is the direct product of that experience.
Why does this platform exist?
Years of working as a Scrum Master taught me one thing: without the right tools, teams struggle with even the most basic practices. Retro actions get forgotten, feedback never gets written, and sprint value can't be communicated to leadership.
