What documents can I upload?
PDF (up to 20 MB), Word DOCX (up to 10 MB), plain text TXT (up to 2 MB), and pasted text are all supported. Common types: PRD, product requirements document, meeting notes, sprint planning transcripts, discovery research, backlog exports. There is no OCR — PDFs must have selectable text.
How does the RAG chat work?
When you ask a question, the system embeds your query and finds the most semantically similar chunks from your uploaded documents using vector search. The AI then composes an answer using only those retrieved chunks — not internet knowledge. This means answers are grounded in what's actually in your files.
What is a workspace and a context?
A workspace is a project container — think of it as a product or a team. A context is a focused subset inside a workspace (e.g., 'Sprint 12 Planning', 'Q3 PRD Review'). Analyses and chats run within a context so the AI only sees the documents relevant to that specific question.
Are analyses guaranteed to be accurate?
All analysis results are grounded in your uploaded documents — the AI references specific chunks as evidence. However, AI is not infallible. Use results as a structured first pass and starting point for discussion, not as a definitive audit.
What happens to my documents?
Documents are stored securely in your account and are only accessible to you. They are used solely to generate embeddings for search and to run analyses you explicitly trigger. You can delete documents at any time.
