Quick answers
AI roleplay practice, without the ambiguity.
What is Mastery?
Mastery is a scenario-based AI roleplay platform for Scrum Masters and agile roles. You practice difficult conversations with an AI character, then receive a 1-5 star evaluation.
How does the roleplay work?
Choose a competency and difficulty, respond to the AI character over multiple turns, then review feedback that shows what worked and what to improve.
Is the first scenario free?
Yes. New accounts receive 🪙50, enough to unlock the first roleplay level. No credit card is required to start.
How is it different from a course?
A course explains the theory. Mastery puts you inside a realistic agile situation and evaluates how you actually respond under pressure.
Is it the Scrum Master Coach Agent?
No. Mastery is short, scenario-based roleplay practice. Scrum Master Coach Agent is a longer-term coaching flow for ongoing work.
Which roles are covered?
Mastery covers Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach, Team Lead, and Team Member competencies, with scenarios being added progressively.

Practice a difficult work moment
Alex is stuck and won't ask for help. Try your first response, continue the AI conversation, and get a star rating.
Recognition
You've been in this room before.
Every scenario in Mastery is drawn from real situations — not invented, not simplified.
The stakeholder who changes priorities every week.
You need to challenge the request without damaging the relationship.
The team member who says everything is fine.
You sense a problem, but pushing too hard may reduce psychological safety.
The Product Owner who cannot say no.
The backlog keeps growing while the team loses focus.
The team that agrees in the meeting and resists afterwards.
You need to surface the disagreement before it becomes silent resistance.
These aren't quiz questions. They're the start of a real roleplay session.
The process
Four steps. No multiple choice.
Choose a real workplace scenario
Pick a role, competency, and situation you want to practice.
Respond in your own words
No multiple choice. Write what you would actually say.
Handle an adaptive conversation
The AI character reacts to your approach across multiple turns.
Receive behavioural feedback
See what worked, what weakened the conversation, and what to try next.
What you get
Not just a score. A mirror.
You noticed that the visible behaviour wasn't the real issue and asked a grounded follow-up question. Where it weakened: you moved to interpreting Alex's motive before creating enough safety for him to say it himself. Next time, try one neutral observation and one open question before naming the underlying concern.
Reflection question
What signal would tell you that Alex feels safe enough to be honest?
This is the real output format — one evaluation, one flowing note, one question to sit with. Not a quiz report.
Why practice works
Reading gives you an answer. Roleplay reveals your default reaction under pressure.
Active practice
You respond in your own words, not from a list of options.
Adaptive conversation
The character reacts differently depending on what you say.
Immediate feedback
You see which sentence helped and which one weakened trust — right away.
Progress
Your star rating tells the real story.
After every roleplay session, you receive a 1–5 star rating. Not a score on a quiz — a reflection of how you performed under realistic pressure.
Certificate system
Earn it. Prove it. Share it.
Mastery certificates aren't handed out — they're earned through demonstrated performance. Each one records your name, the competency or role, and the date. Permanently shareable.
All competencies in a category at 3+ stars. Automatically issued — no action needed.
All categories for a role completed. The top-level credential — shareable, permanent, LinkedIn-ready.

Our vision
Real expertise isn't in a certification. It's built in the field.
After 19+ years in the field working with Scrum Masters and agile teams, we noticed something: those who grew the fastest weren't the ones who read the most books. They were the ones who faced difficult situations, had to think, sometimes got it wrong — and figured out why.
But great coaching is expensive, hard to access, and not there when you actually need it. Mastery is our answer: a space where anyone in an agile role can sharpen their thinking — without judgment, without pressure, at their own pace.
Workplace judgment goes far beyond frameworks and job titles. To genuinely own your role in agile transformation environments, you need to work through hundreds of different situations — not in theory, but in practice. Mastery supports this personal development journey through real cases and real scenarios: systematic, measurable, judgment-free.
Our goal isn't to make you faster at answering questions. It's to make you better at asking them.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is AgileKoç Mastery and how does it work?
Mastery is an AI roleplay platform for difficult work moments. You select a competency and scenario, have a real conversation with an AI character over several turns, then receive a 1–5 star evaluation with personalized feedback. Practice under realistic pressure — not by reading.
Who is Mastery for?
Mastery is designed for corporate professionals who want to build practical judgment in communication, feedback, stakeholder pressure, and leadership moments — not just theory. Both newcomers building their first mental models and experienced practitioners who want to sharpen under pressure benefit from it.
How does the certificate system work?
When you reach 3+ stars on all competencies within a category, you automatically earn a category certificate. When all categories of a role are completed, you earn a Role Master certificate. All certificates have a shareable public URL and a LinkedIn-optimized Open Graph image.
Can I share my certificate on LinkedIn?
Yes. Every certificate has a dedicated public page with an Open Graph image (1200×630) optimized for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms. Click 'Share on LinkedIn' from your certificate page and the image and text appear automatically.
How much does a Mastery roleplay scenario cost?
Intermediate and Advanced roleplay scenarios cost 🪙50 each. Once unlocked, you can replay that scenario as many times as you like at no additional cost. You receive free 🪙50 on signup — no credit card required. That means your first full session is completely free.
What roles and competencies does Mastery cover?
Mastery covers difficult conversations, stakeholder pressure, feedback and repair, decision moments, team trust, and agile delivery. Each role has 6 competency categories with 5 competencies each — 150 competencies in total, 30 category certificates to earn. Roleplay scenarios are being added progressively; you can see the full competency map and request specific scenarios from inside the app.
How is Mastery different from a Scrum certification course?
Certification courses teach you what to do in theory. Mastery puts you in a live situation with an AI character and evaluates how you actually perform. You can't memorize your way through it — the AI adapts to your responses in real time.
Is Mastery available in Turkish and English?
Yes. Mastery is fully available in both Turkish and English. Switch languages from the navigation at any time — roleplay scenarios, evaluations, and certificates are all bilingual.
