Credits & Pricing

Are any tools free?

Yes. RetroHelper, Scrum Quiz, the base FeedbackLoop, and Who Are You in Agility are completely free with no account required. AI-powered features on other tools use credits.

How do credits work?

Credits are consumed when you use AI features. You get 50 free credits on signup — no credit card required. You can top up at any time from your account dashboard. Credits never expire.

Is there a subscription?

No. AgileKoç is pay-as-you-go. You buy credit packs and use them at your own pace. No monthly fees, no auto-renewals.

What happens if I run out of credits?

AI features pause until you top up. Free features continue to work. You can add credits at any time from the account dashboard.

Account & Access

Do I need an account to use the tools?

Scrum Quiz and Who Are You in Agility work without an account. All other tools require a free account to save results and manage credits.

How do I sign in?

We use magic link sign-in (passwordless). Enter your email, receive a link, click it — you're in. No password to remember.

Can I use AgileKoç on mobile?

Yes. All tools are mobile-responsive. Some tools with complex layouts (like Product Backlog Architect) are best used on a wider screen, but they work on mobile.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use Supabase with Row-Level Security (RLS). Your data is only accessible by you. Documents you upload are stored securely and never used for model training.

AI & Quality

Which AI model powers the tools?

We use Google Gemini for text generation and analysis across all AI-powered tools. RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) tools also use pgvector embeddings to ground answers in your documents.

Are AI results accurate?

AI results are useful starting points, not authoritative answers. For learning tools (Mastery, Scrum Quiz), content is grounded in the 2020 Scrum Guide. For document tools (Product Backlog Architect), results are grounded in your own files. Always apply professional judgment.

Is regeneration free?

No. Each AI generation uses credits. However, once generated, results are saved — viewing them again costs nothing.

Agile & Scrum

What is Scrum?

Scrum is a lightweight Agile framework for delivering complex work in short sprints (1–4 weeks). It defines 3 accountabilities (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Developers), 5 events, and 3 artifacts.

What is the difference between Agile and Scrum?

Agile is a mindset based on the 2001 Agile Manifesto. Scrum is one specific framework that implements Agile. Scrum is the most widely used Agile framework.

What is a Scrum Master?

The Scrum Master is accountable for establishing Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide. They serve the Scrum Team by coaching and facilitating, and serve the organization by leading Scrum adoption.
